INGREDIENTS
1. 1 whole chicken.
2. 1 large or 2 medium Bell pepper.
3. 4 attarugu or hot pepper.
4. 1 tomato.
5. 1 large onion.
6. Salt, curry, thyme, chicken seasoning.
7. 1 double Know chicken cube, 1 Roico cube.
8. Oil for frying.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut your chicken into pieces, wash, and add some water in a pot. Into that, add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 teaspoon of curry and chicken seasoning, I Roico cube and sprinkle some thyme. Cut 1/2 the onion and add to the pot then cover and allow it to cook for 30 minuits or until chicken is soft.

2. Deep fry it in the oil.

3. Roughly blend the remaining onion, the peppers and garlic and cook it until the water is dry then fry it with the oil until the oil starts to separate from the sauce.

4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, curry and chicken seasoning. Sprinkle thyme, and add 1 double cube of know chicken to the sauce and fry it for 30 seconds then add the chicken, cover it with the sauce and fry for another 30 seconds. That's it.
